Justin Cheung · UX & Product Designer · Toronto
Design that makes complex feel simple.
I work on AI, SaaS, and complex digital products: where functional clarity is the difference between traction and churn. Previously in the CPG and CIB industry.
Meet Justin
I started in graphic design primarily working on packaging designs in CPG. There I learned how to craft visual systems that work in the real world — not just on a screen, but in production. I then moved into banking where I worked on complex workflows, resolved financial data issues, and improved information architecture.
Today, I bring those worlds together in unison, bridging human-centred design, business goals, and engineering constraints.
I design experiences that make complex systems feel simple. My goal is always the same; understand the problem deeply, provide clarity, reduce friction, and create solutions that work for both users and the business. I'm comfortable leading projects end-to-end — from discovery to shipped features — and I care about the details: accessibility, usability, feasibility, and impact.
Good design isn't just supposed to look visually appealing; it's the alignment between people, process, and purpose.
